For 20 years I was a solicitor in the public sector

 

I was lucky enough to be given some external one-to-one coaching in my first management role, and this helped me realise how powerful coaching can be, and that this was something I wanted to do for other people

​I also benefited from the guidance and support of experienced managers, colleagues and trainers

 

I have ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring

 

I am a Fellow of the International Society of Qualified Coaches and a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management

 

I follow the ISQC Coaching Protocol and Ethical Code

 

I am based in South Tyneside, but I can travel to a location that suits you
